You feel the flavor of litchi. When you drop it in your mouth, the sweetness, Umami, the freshness and the comfortable acidity spread. Even though it contains a lot of tastes, the taste is very clear and crisp. Because this bottle is Nakadori. The flavor of litchi and Umami last in your mouth. All tastes are well harmonized. It is really nice. It is worth of trying it at once.

This brewery is located at Suzuka, Mie Prefecture. Suzuka is well-known for Suzuka Circuit where Formula 1 is held many times. However, Suzuka also has been famous for Japanese Sake Brewing since old days. The name of Suzuka was referred in the ancient article that introduced Ise Jingu (Ise Grand Shirne). “Suzuka is the place where tasty Japanese Sake is brewed.” A rice spices, Yamadaho, born in Mie. Yamadaho is the parent strain of Yamadanishiki. Most of breweries use Yamadaniksi to brew high quality Japanese Sake. This bottle is the blended Japanese Sake with three tanks. The flavored Ginjo tank and the two tasty Dai-Ginjo tanks. This bottle is the higher rank than GEN NO TOMO and HO NO TOMO. It is a nice experience that you enjoy three bottles at once. You must able to feel the finesse of this bottle.
