This brewery is located in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture. The founder of this brewery was originally the top of Banshu Toji, the top of brewing professionals in Himeji. He founded this brewery in 1902. Their main brand has been Tatsuriki. Their motto is “The taste of Japanese Sake is the taste of rice”. Hyogo Prefecture is the most famous place that produces the highest quality rice for Japanese Sake brewing. And, Yamadanishiki is the rice brand that was developed in Hyogo Prefecture. Most of breweries use it to brew their highest rank bottles. Only Yamadanishiki is used for this bottle and the brewing method follows traditional one, Kimoto. It brings out the tastes of Yamadanishiki. It is better to enjoy this bottle in warm or hot. It must be tasty more.
