Tasting Comment

You feel the flavor of green apple. When you drop it in your mouth, the pure and clear sharpness and the sweetness of rice spread a little. Finish is not so long. It disappeared like powder snow. Compared to Gazan, Sansou is drier and sharper. The style is pure and elegant. When you make it warm, you can enjoy the balanced tastes of umami and sharpness.
