Tasting Comment

You feel the flavor of green apple and citrus. When you drop it in your mouth, the sweetness of fresh citrus and the acidity spread. The flavor of banana follows and pass through to your nose. This is not strong type Japanese Sake. The charms are the freshness and mild “Ginjou Smell.” They are well harmonized. This is a first release bottle in the year. In that meaning, it is close to Beaujolais Nouveau, but it is far more elegant.

I recommend you should enjoy it with appetizers. Hassun, a Japanese traditional appetizer dish, will be a good partner.

Light appetizer, like prosciutto, olive or white cheese, will part well.
