KUZURYU, Hiyashi-Zake (Kokuryu Sake Brewing Corporation)

Tasting Comment

You feel the herb and citrus flavor. It reminds me of Gin. When you drop it in your mouth, it cools your hot body. The first attack is strong alcohol taste. But, it is not rough. It is as smooth as snow melt water is. The flavor of alcohol comes as the finish. The brewery recommends you should enjoy it on ice. As it is strong, ice style should be nice. You must enjoy it kept in cold.
