JOUKIGEN, Debasansan, polished to 40%, Junmai-Daiginjo (Sakata Shuzo)

Tasting Comment

You feel the flavor of melon. When you drop it in your mouth, Ginjo-aroma spreads fully. The sophisticated sweetness and acidity follow. The tastes are really clear and pure. The texture is very smooth. The finish is dry and includes some bitterness. The flavor lasts. It is really good Japanese Sake.
