Tasting Comment
The flavor is modest. You slight feel the flavor of pine apple. When you drop it in your mouth, you will be surprised at how juicy this bottle is. The sweetness and the acidity, the bitterness, Umami follow. The bitterness shapes the structure and balances all tastes well. Please be careful to drink too much! It is too easy and smooth to drink.
