Tasting Comment

They are the lees of Moromi. They enhance the original taste of rice. The body is strong. The bitterness is the finish and it refresh your mouth at last.

The image of Cherry blossom, Japanese national flower, is elegant and beautiful. It also has the meaning of the innocence and the mildness. This bottle is “Nigori-Zake”. It is usual that breweries don’t remain so many lees as their products. But, this bottle is totally white. It is like “Doburoku”. However, this bottle is pasteurized. It is far easier to reserve.
