Tasting Comment

You feel the flavor of citrus and yogurt. When you drop it in your mouth, you will be surprised at how perfect the structure is. It is rich and thick, sweet, bitter, acid. You can also find Umami and minerals. As the finish is sharp, you won’t be bored with it. if you make it warm, you can enjoy the richness more. The style is very classical, so it may be hard for beginners.
