This brewery is located in Nada, Hyogo Prefecture. Nada is the one of the most famous Japanese Sake brewing areas. In Edo era, Nada’s Sake was famous for “Man style.” Kyoto’s Sake was famous for “Female Style.” The style of Nada is sharp, dry and rich. It comes from the quality of water. The water of Nada is hard water. It is said it holds more than 10 times of minerals compared to the water that is usually used for Japanese Sake brewing. They have been making efforts and it was admitted. Ise Jingu (Ise Grand Shrine) admits “Hakutaka” as their “Omiki.” Ise Shrine is the most prominent of shrines in Japan and an extraordinarily sacred place. “Hakataka” is the only Japanese Sake that is served for Gods there. This bottle is ranked as middle-grade in Hakutaka brand. And, it is said who loves Japanese Sake must love it. You can enjoy “This is Japanese Sake”.
