GoRIN, Junmai-Daiginjo, Name-Zake (Shata Shuzou)

Tasting Comment

You feel the flavor of citrus. When you drop it in your mouth, your will be surprised at how smooth it is. The flavor like fresh citrus follows. The finish is the sweetness of polished rice, but it includes a little bid of the bitterness like the peer of lemon. It sharpens the taste. This is very elegant.
