It is “GANGI.” At first, “GANGI” was produced only 600 bottles. He distributed the bottles only who admitted the quality. His effort made a success. “GANGI” became one of the most famous brands in Japanese Sake world. “Mizunowa” is the mixed word of the circle and soft water.
