GANGI, Juniam-Shu, Muroka, Nama-Genshu (Yaoshin Shuzo K.K.)

Tasting Comment

You feel the flavor of green apple and banana. When you drop it in your mouth, you feel the freshness of fruits, the comfortable acidity and the sweetness of rice. The bitterness and the flavor of lemon peer follow. This is the typical style of Yamaguchi Prefecture Japanese Sake. The style is similar to that of Soave, Italy white wine. But, this bottle has the sweetness in it. It is a unique charm of only this bottle.
