You slightly feel the flavor of banana. When you drop it in your mouth, the first impression is sharp and acid. Umami and the bitterness follow. The flavor of alcohol lasts. When you make it hot, the impression does not change. To tell the trust, this is the type of Japanese Sake that will choose who to drink. You may feel it unbalanced. This brewery usually brew high quality Japanese Sake, so it is better to choose other bottles.
