Tasting Comment

The color is clear and transparent. You slightly feel the flavor of banana. When you drop it in your mouth, the bubbles spark strongly and it emphasized the flavor of alcohol. Even though this bottle alcohol is 9%, you can feel it thick as usual Japanese Sake. You can also find Umami in it.

The brewery was founded in 1892. Their name comes from the cherry blossoms that lives in Tendo City in Yamagata Prefecture. They had been the innovator and had brewed Ginjo-Shu before the Ginjo-Shu boom. Their effort made success and won a lot of prizes in national and international contests. This bottle is a challenge product that seeks the new way of enjoying Japanese Sake. It may be easy to familiar for beginners of Japanese Sake, especially who like beer.
