Dewazakura, ICHURO, Jumai-Daiginjo-Shu, (Dewazakura Sake Brewery)

Tasting Comment

You slightly feel the flavor of green apple. When you drop it in your mouth, you will be surprised at how smooth the texture is. It is like top rank Claret that has smooth tannin. The impression is sharp and dry. You also feel the sweetness of rice in it. It reminds you of white snow. It is pure and crip. But, you sometimes feel it gentle.
